1.To remove the stains on the stove and plates soak with vinegar for 10 min.,and cleans easily.
if stains are very hard soak for 1/2 an hour.
2.To remove the coloured changed pressure cooker,idli cooker bottom, pour cup of water and squeeze half lemon/1tbsp vinegar soak it for 10 min., and cleans the stains easily.
3. If hands get hard skin by cleaning vessels and washing,apply Vaseline at night before bed.
4.If any cooking gravy/curry/fried items get burned to get rid off that smell from the dish add 2 tsp of rose water and mix the curry.
5.Get rid from worms in the semolina/sooji/upma rawa put 1'inch cinnamon stick and store it in air tight container.
6. Keep the semolina/sooji/upma rawa in the refrigerator Stay fresh and longer .
7.If we have more tomatoes, make tomatoes into puree and store it in airtight container and keep in the freezer and use it when cooking.
8.For blocked kitchen sinks,put baking soda/cooking soda and pour hot water into it .
9.If dosa batter/idli batter is get more fermented i.e.,sour in taste add milk to the batter and make dosas .try this very tasty.I try in summer season b'cos many times it get fermented. more.
10.For appam batter fermentation add 1 /2 tsp cooking soda .
11.To stay nail polish longer keep it in the refrigerator.
12.To make sprouts from green moong,black chana,Channa keep it in the hotbox/ casserole fastly get sprouts.
