Rice Varieties

Quick rice with egg & veggies



 Ingredients

carrots chopped   - 1/2 cup
french beans       - 1/4 cup
onions chopped  - 1/4 cup
green chillies     - 2 nos slitted
cooked rice       - 1 cup
ginger & garlic  - 1 tsp crushed
curry leaves      - 1 string
coriander leaves - 1 tbsp finely chopped
egg                   - 1
pepper powder - 12 tsp
turmeric powder - 1/4 tsp
cooking oil       - 1 1/2 tbsp
salt as per taste

Method

  • Put a wok on flame pour oil add onions fry it next ginger garlic fry it till raw smell goes.
  • Now add curry leaves.green chillies,carrots,beans fry it well.
  • Make a well in between the wok put egg ,sprinkle salt ,turmeric & pepper mix it well all together then add rice mix it well & fry  for 3 min.,
  • Remove from the flame sprinkle coriander leaves mix it & serve.

Notes

  We can use any rice here basmathi /white rice.
  You can  make changes  as per your servings.
