Bread uttappam
Ingredients
dosa batter - 3 cupsbread slices - 4 cups
oil for toast
carrot finely chopped - 1/4 cup
onions chopped - 1/4 cup
ginger finely chopped - 1 tsp
green chillies finely chopped - 1/2 tsp
For tempering
oil - 1 tsp
mustard seeds - 1/2 tsp
jeera seeds - 1/2 tsp
hing - 1/4 tsp
curry leaves - 1 string
Method
1.Take a pan heat oil add items as mentioned in tempering crackle it.2.Now add onions,ginger,green chillies,carrots & salt fry it for 3 min.,
3.Add this to the dosa batter and mix it well.
4.Trim the bread slices and dip into the batter.
5.Toast these slices on hot tawa on medium flame drip oil around the bread slices and close with lid .
6.Toast on both sides now bread uttappam is ready to serve with peanut chutney.
